Mereka menyebutnya Kampanye WBW-SDGs. 1Agustus 2022 kita memperingati Hari ASI Sedunia. Hari ASI Sedunia yang jatuh tepat pada hari ini 1 Agustus 2022, tentu menjadi momen penting untuk para pejuang ASI. ASI sangat penting untuk buah hati, karena mengandung banyak manfaat untuk tumbuh kembangnya. ASI wajib diberikan kepada bayi sejak dilahirkan hingga berusia 6 bulan. 1 Hari ASI Sedunia. Setiap tanggal 1 Agustus diperingati sebagai Hari ASI Sedunia. Peringatan Hari ASI Sedunia ini diikuti dengan rangkaian World Breastfeeding Week (WBW) atau Pekan ASI Sedunia yang berlangsung mulai tanggal 1-7 Agustus setiap tahunnya. Dikutip dari World Alliance for Breastfeeding Action (WABA), yakni organisasi yang Site De Rencontre Francaise En Ligne. Hari ASI Sedunia diperingati setiap tanggal 1 Agustus. Hari ASI Sedunia atau Pekan ASI Sedunia World Breastfeed Week akan berlangsung selama satu minggu, yakni mulai 1 Agustus hingga 7 breastfeed week kali ini mengusung tema pada “Menyusui adalah Kunci dalam Menentukan Strategi Pembangunan Berkelanjutan Pasca Pandemi”. Hari ASI Sedunia 2022 Sejarah Pekan ASI Sedunia atau Hari ASI Sedunia adalah gerakan menyusui secara global yang mendukung para ibu agar dapat menyusui di mana saja dengan nyaman. Kegiatan dimulai secara aktif sejak 1992 dengan tema yang berbeda setiap tahunnya. Pekan ASI Sedunia bermula dari dari gagasan organisasi World Alliance for Breastfeeding Action WABA pada 14 Februari 1991. Gagasan ini lahir seiring dicetuskannya Innocenti Declaration yang diresmikan oleh WHO, UNICEF, pemerintah dari beberapa negara, serta sejumlah organisasi lainnya. Declaration ini bertujuan untuk melindungi, mendukung, sekaligus mempromosikan gerakan menyusui. Deklarasi ini diperingati dalam World Breastfeed Week WBW atau Pekan ASI Sedunia pada tanggal 1-7 Agustus. Kemudian mulai tahun 2016, WBW diselaraskan dengan Sustainable Development Goals SDGs. Selanjutnya pada 2018, resolusi Majelis Kesehatan Dunia mengesahkan WBW sebagai strategi promosi menyusui yang Pekan ASI Sedunia merupakan salah satu kampanye bersama yang dilakukan oleh WHO dan UNICEF. Melalui peringatan ini, WHO merekomendasikan para ibu untuk menyusui anaknya hingga berusia dua tahun. Mengutip Awareness Days, Pekan ASI Sedunia ini bertujuan untuk menyoroti manfaat besar yang dapat diberikan ASI bagi kesehatan dan kesejahteraan bayi, serta dorongan yang lebih luas untuk kesehatan ibu, dengan fokus pada nutrisi yang baik, pengurangan kemiskinan dan ketahanan pangan. sumber ASI telah disebutkan dalam Al Quran, “Dan Kami perintahkan kepada manusia berbuat baik kepada dua orang ibu-bapaknya; ibunya telah mengandungnya dalam keadaan lemah yang bertambah-tambah, dan menyapihnya dalam dua tahun. Perintah menyapih anak dalam dua tahun relevan dengan temuan ilmiah tentang manfaat ASI. Misalnya dalam tulisan Rex D. Russell, “Design in Infant Nutrition” http// www. Russell mengatakan bahwa menyusui bayi selama dua tahun setelah kelahiran sungguh amat dalam Sudut Pandang Islam ASI dalam Islam tidak hanya berkaitan tentang makanan yang terbaik untuk bayi tetapi juga tentang mahram. Di Indonesia, permintaan terhadap donor ASI maupun tawaran untuk mendonorkan ASI dalam beberapa tahun terakhir banyak berseliweran di berbagai media sosial maupun melalui berbagai komunitas ibu menyusui. Menyikapi hal ini Majelis Ulama Indonesia MUI mengeluarkan fatwa No 28 Tahun 2013 Tentang Seputar Masalah Donor ASI atau Istirja’.Dalam fatwa itu disebutkan bahwa memberikan ASI kepada anak yang bukan anak kandung dan anak yang menerima ASI dari ibu yang bukan ibu kandung diperbolehkan. Namun ditekankan bahwa persusuan radla’ menyebabkan terjadinya mahram atau haramnya terjadi beberapa hal yang menyebabkan sepersusuan menjadi mahram antara lain 1 Usia anak yang menerima susuan maksimal dua tahun. 2 Ibu pendonor ASI diketahui identitasnya secara jelas. 3 Jumlah ASI yang dikonsumsi minimal sebanyak lima kali persusuan. 4 Cara penyusuan dilakukan langsung ke puting susu ibu imtishash maupun melalui perahan. 5 ASI yang dikonsumsi anak tersebut akibat persusuan dijelaskan dalam sejumlah hadis Nabi Muhammad SAW antara lain“Diharamkan untuk dinikahi akibat persusuan apa-apa yang diharamkan untuk dinikahi dari nasab/hubungan keluarga” HR Bukhari, Kitab Al-Syahadaat Bab Al-Syahadatu Ala Al- Ansaab ; Muslim, Kitab Al-Radhaa’ Bab Yakhrumu Min Al- Radhaa’ Maa Yakhrumu Min Al-Wilaadah.Pada tahun 2022 Laznas BSMU memiliki program campaign Go Happy dengan minimal uang Rp sudah bisa memberikan sejuta kebaikan dan kemaslahatan bagi mereka yang membutuhkan melalui Jakarta Air Susu Ibu ASI makanan pertama yang dikonsumsi bayi. ASI begitu penting karena mengandung semua nutrisi yang diperlukan bayi yang baru lahir, sehingga pada 6 bulan pertama bayi tak perlu diberikan makanan tambahan. Begitu penting dan urgent-ya ASI banyak pihak mendukung aktivitas pemberian air susu ibu untuk bayi selama dua tahun. Tidak hanya para ibu yang menyuarakan misi itu, namun juga para ayah. Salah satu komunitas yang mendukung gerakan pemberian ASI adalah AyahASI. Gerakan sosial ini berusaha meningkatkan keterlibatan para ayah untuk mendukung istri agar sukses menyusui bayinya. Menurut mereka, bikinnya berdua, ngurus anaknya juga berdua. Yang mempunyai ide ini adalah aktor Ernest Prakasa, Sogi Indra Dhuaja dan empat temannya pada 2011. Dan hal itu sampai sekaran tetap relevan, sesuai dengan tema Hari ASI Sedunia tahun 2021 yaitu “perlindungan menyusui tanggung jawab bersama”. Di masa pandemi ini, jumlah ibu yang menyusui bayinya meningkat 89%. Selama masa pandemi, banyak ibu yang menyusui bekerja dari rumah. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 379 ibu menyusui di 20 propinsi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan Health Collaborative Center HCC. Hari ASI Sedunia yang diperingati setiap tanggal 1 Agustus merupakan rangkaian pekan ASI yang dilaksanakan sampai tanggal 7 Agustus. UNICEF sepakat membuat deklarasi yang dikenal dengan Deklarasi Innocenti di Florence, Italia pada tahun 1990.
